Clovis Point Capital Closes $70 Million Software Growth Equity Fund

Clovis Point Capital, LLC (“Clovis Point”), a Houston-based growth equity firm that invests in enterprise software and technology-enabled businesses, today announced that is has closed Clovis Point II, LP (“Fund II”), with capital commitments of approximately $70 million.

Fund II will continue Clovis Point’s focused strategy of investing in software and technology-enabled companies and accelerating growth through what it believes are proven value creation strategies.

Fund II will invest in minority or majority positions through growth capital, recapitalizations and buyout transactions.
