Clovis Point Capital Exits its Position in CPaT Global

Clovis Point Capital, LLC (“Clovis Point”) announced today that it has exited its position in CPaT Global, LLC (“CPaT Global” or the “Company”). CPaT Global, headquartered in Spring, Texas, is an industry-leading software company that provides airlines, training organizations, aircraft maintenance companies, and aviation professionals distance training solutions delivered through its proprietary learning management system platform.

Clovis Point acquired CPaT Global in 2015 and partnered with a new management team to expand the Company’s global presence while driving topline growth and expanding profitability. With Clovis Point’s support, the Company executed on many strategic initiatives, including the development of a next generation learning management system and the industry’s first content design software platform, CPaT Invent. The investment also enabled CPaT Global to build the world-class team necessary to scale its sales, marketing, product and technology organizations.
