Robert is a Managing Partner and Principal at Clovis Point. Robert is active in the day-to-day management of the firm and is responsible for managing the firm’s overall strategy, governance and investment activities.
Before co-founding Clovis Point in 2014, Robert served as a managing director on the lower middle market team of Main Street Capital Corporation, where he was employed in various roles since January 2006. At Main Street, Robert led one of four investment teams in the lower middle-market managing the entire deal life cycle.
Previously, Robert was a senior associate of Avail Consulting, LLC in the Financial Advisory Services Group. While at Avail, Robert was actively involved in the valuation of closely held stock, the performance of acquisition due diligence and the valuation of intangible assets for a number of clients in a variety of industries.
Robert is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Houston. He received his BBA in Finance from Baylor University. Robert is the 2020 President of the Houston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and also serves on the board. He serves on the boards of the ADaMS Association, which benefits research for Alzheimer’s, dementia and multiple sclerosis; and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where he most recently served as a division chairman of the GateKeepers committee and as a member of the Parade Committee.

Chris is a Managing Partner and Principal at Clovis Point. Chris is active in the day-to-day management of the firm and is responsible for managing the firm’s overall strategy, governance and investment activities.
Prior to co-founding Clovis Point in 2014, Chris worked on the investment team of Main Street Capital Corporation executing a broad array of transactions in the lower middle-market. Chris’s responsibilities included managing all aspects of the deal execution process and actively monitoring investments, including serving on several boards.
Previously, Chris worked at Republic Holdings, an Austin-based private investment holding company, where he led direct investments in small, growing companies. Chris began his career in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group of J.P. Morgan, where he was involved in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisories and capital market financings for clients engaged in all facets of the energy industry.
Chris received his B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and his M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Chris is actively involved with the Greater Houston Community Foundation and Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Family Alliance.

Dustin serves as Vice President for Clovis Point Capital and is in charge of leading the Fund’s deal sourcing activities. He also serves as the banking advisor to the Fund’s portfolio companies when venture debt or other banking services are needed.
Prior to Clovis Point, Dustin was in charge of the Houston market for Comerica Bank’s Technology and Life Sciences group where he specialized in providing customized venture debt lending, treasury and investment solutions to early, middle and late-stage companies. With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, he has assisted companies ranging from startups raising their initial seed funding to late-stage public companies. Before joining Comerica, he was a Commercial Banker at J.P. Morgan Chase where he was a 4-time National Achiever recipient which is awarded to the top bankers in the Country each year. He has previously earned his formal credit certification through the American Bankers Association as well his Series 6, Series 63 and Group 1 investment and insurance licenses.
Dustin earned his B.S. degree in Economics from Texas A&M University. Along with being an active member of the community, Dustin also serves on the Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at Rice University. In his spare time, he is an avid outdoorsman, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Austin joined Clovis Point in 2018 as an Associate on the investment team. Austin serves as an Associate for Clovis Point Capital and is responsible for sourcing investments, performing transaction analysis, conducting due diligence and assisting in deal execution as well as the monitoring of active portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Clovis Point, Austin was an Associate in the Private Equity group of Morgan Stanley, where he focused on middle-market buyout and growth investments. Before his time with Morgan Stanley, Austin served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Energy Group of Scotiabank (fka Scotia Waterous), where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and public and private capital markets transactions.
Austin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, magna cum laude, from Texas Christian University. He is also a senior board member of a student mentorship organization with his alma mater.

Alex joined Clovis Point in 2019 as an Associate on the investment team. Alex serves as an Associate for Clovis Point Capital and is responsible for sourcing investments, performing transaction analysis, conducting due diligence and assisting in deal execution as well as the monitoring of active portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Clovis Point, Alex worked as a Senior Finance Associate at a private-equity backed fiber broadband business, Tachus LLC. At Tachus, his responsibilities included handling all aspects of financial analysis, reporting and operations. Before Tachus, he was an Associate at Continuum Technology Capital LLC, a Houston-based merchant bank, where he assisted in a wide range of duties including raising capital, completing valuation work and providing advisory services to infrastructure technology clients. Before Continuum Technology Capital LLC, Alex served as an Advisory Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he consulted for Oil & Gas and LNG clients within the energy sector.
Alex received his B.A. degree in Economics from Rice University. Along with being an active member of the community, Alex is also involved with Rice Alumni Volunteers for Admission and the Rice Alumni Recognition Committee.

Riaz Siddiqi joined Clovis Point as Chairman and Senior Advisor in 2019.
Prior to joining Clovis Point, Riaz was a co-founder of Denham Capital, an energy and resources-focused private equity firm with approximately $9.0 billion in assets under management. He currently serves as Managing Partner – Emeritus at Denham and sits on the Board of Directors of Endeavor Energy, Metox and Epochal Technologies.
In the early 2000s, Riaz served as President and CEO of Thermal North America, the largest district heating and cooling company in the US. He also served as President and CEO of Wharton County Power Partners, a Texas company that owned power generation facilities. Prior to joining Denham in 2004, Riaz was President and CEO of Capstone Global Energy, a company that he founded.
Riaz is Chairman of the Board of the American Pakistan Foundation and is also a member of the Board of the Convergence Center for Policy Resolution. He is a member of Business Executives for National Security (“BENS”), an organization of private sector leaders that offer their expertise pro-bono to the U.S Government on National Security matters. Riaz is also a volunteer pilot for Angelflight, Pilots for Patients and Veterans Airlift Command and is a recipient of the Asia Society Houston Center’s award for leadership in business and philanthropy. He is also a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Interfaith Ministry of Greater Houston. Riaz and his wife Salma are involved in numerous charitable and philanthropic activities.
